Sneak Peek: Fall Styled Shoot with Whitney Paige Photography

I had the pleasure of teaming up with Whitney Moore, owner of Whitney Paige Photography, the other day. We wanted to do a fall themed photo shoot, but with a not so typical fall spin.

I was inspired by figs. I love their unique color, especially when you cut them open. They have shades of deep burgundy, bright green and fade into a warm pink tone. I replicated that in my floral arrangement using my favorite - the cafe au lait dahlia and also some peonies and clematis to name a few. 

I had such a great time with Whitney the other day. She really has a unique perspective and her photos showcase her talent.

By the time November rolls around, I feel like people start getting ready for Christmas and tend to forget about fall. Here are some of my favorite ways to incorporate fall into your wedding/event. Pie, donuts, s'mores, beautiful dessert tables and tablescapes! Enjoy!

I've come across some really lovely fall floral designs lately. They're not your literal translation of fall but more of an artsy take on the season. The top two are from Sarah Winward from Honey of a Thousand Flowers. I could get lost in all of her beautiful floral design. Her work is so inspiring!

I think it's a built in thing that I'm naturally attracted to all things glitter. You can definitely go overboard and tacky with glitter but these are some tasteful ways to infuse some sparkle into your wedding or event.
